Terms of Service

The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law. Users who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services may not be accessed, purchased, or used by any person located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Services from a country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or trade embargoes (including, without limitation, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine), or by any person listed on applicable sanctions or restricted-party lists. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or reverse any order and terminate any license key for suspected violations, without liability and without refund.

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the "Content" and "Marks"). They are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

By using the Services, you represent that: (1) your registration info is true and accurate; (2) you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms; (3) you are not under 13 (or a minor without parental consent); (4) you will not access the Services via bots or automation; (5) you will not use the Services for any illegal purpose; and (6) your use will not violate any applicable law.

You may need to register to use the Services. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. We may reclaim or change a username we deem inappropriate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for all purchases plus any applicable taxes. All payments are in Euros unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, and to correct pricing errors.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. See our Refund Policy for details, including how we handle fraudulent payments and disputes.

Software provided through the Services is licensed, not sold, to you under a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license, solely for use with our Services. Any software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You may not reproduce or redistribute the software except as permitted.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law.
• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to build a database or competing product.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code that interferes with the Services or other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Resell, transfer, or share your account, license key, or purchased product.
• Submit fraudulent payments or initiate unjustified chargebacks.
• Impersonate another user, harass our staff, or abuse our support channels.

The Services may link to third-party websites and content not investigated, monitored, or checked by us. We are not responsible for them. Any purchases on third-party sites are exclusively between you and that third party.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against any violator, remove content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and the proper functioning of the Services.

We care about data privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to the Services (including blocking IP addresses), terminate your account, and delete content, for any reason — including breach of these Terms. After termination, you may not register a new account.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove parts of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, errors, or discontinuance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If your habitual residence is in the EU and you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. The language of any proceedings shall be English. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are not permitted. Claims for injunctive relief or to protect intellectual property rights are excluded from arbitration.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, claim, or demand made by any third party arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Using third-party software in any online game may violate that game's terms of service and result in suspensions or bans. We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or losses resulting from your use of products purchased through the Services. You assume all risk.

Fraudulent payments and disputes are not tolerated. If we suspect fraud or you initiate an unjustified dispute, your license key will be terminated immediately and we may take legal action.
